My sweet little Jonathan is growing up. He survived his first day of school. He's at a small, home daycare. There's a max of six kids. He spent his first day with just two little girls.
Miss Sally gave us a two page typed report about his first day. She says he's happy, smart, loves music, and he might be left-handed!
He was brave when Daddy dropped him off. Jon said Jonathan knew what was going down, but put on a brave face and refused to cry until Daddy left. Miss Sally said he broke down and tried to get out a few times.
My sister was able to stay home with him his first 18 months. Now she's in nursing school and had to leave us. Yesterday may have been harder on her.
Daycare will be good for him though. He's ready to socialize.
